This stunning yacht embodies the Supermarine distinctive characteristics and superior hull performance in a new and exciting larger design. Built primarily for outstanding performance, with her race inspired and tested deep-vee hull, she will be quick on the plane and give a soft, effortless ride through any sea state. Power will be through Volvo Penta D6 – 440 engine with DPI stern drives, with a cruising speed of 35 knots and a top speed of 40+ knots, but it will be the way that the boat handles and delivers this power that will bring a smile to any helmsman. This distinctive hull design also offers superior sea keeping qualities and will be a real pleasure to helm.
Sleek deck lines and superstructure provide a spacious modern interior with good head room, and a safe, comfortable cockpit. The elegant styling embraces classic features and combined with the hand-crafted finesse of the Supermarine brand, sets the Swordfish 42 in a class of its own.
Using advanced technology, every detail throughout the deck layout and cockpit, to the interior accommodation - plumbing, tankage, engineering and electrical systems, are planned with special consideration for weight distribution, proper function and easy access.

SAFE, COMFORTABLE COCKPIT
The cockpit is designed for comfort and safety at high speeds, The high windscreen with a solid stainless steel wrap around handrail offers maximum protection for the helmsman and guests. Three race style drop-down bolster seats are positioned forward for the helmsman and two guests. The dashboard is designed for the latest digital electronics with steering wheel, throttle controls, thruster controls, within easy reach
The aft part of the cockpit is designed for safety, comfort and socialising. The cockpit ‘wet bar’ allows you to entertain guests in style with fridge, ice maker and BBQ options. Ample seating provides a relaxing lounge area, with a table for alfresco dining. There are generously padded twin sunbeds with a walkway aft leading to the swimming platform and telescopic bathing ladder, for guests to take a dip in the water. A further sunbed option can be added to the forward coachroof for additional sunbathing.
An alternative layout with further seating and coffee tables aft provides a generous seating arrangement, in lieu of the sun beds, with easy access to the side decks.
The sleek composite hard top has been carefully engineered with a host of useful features, carbon reinforcements and sculpted aluminium legs to the sides. The roof has been designed to give ‘bimini style’ protection to the helm, whilst also extending back to cover the entire cockpit seating, for maximum comfort and protection from the elements. There are two large soft fabric opening sunroofs which can be either manually or electrically operated, for a more relaxed and leisurely way to enjoy your boating, in changing weathers. The hardtop is available in Ivory White, Black or Dark Grey with matching soft fabric. A roof rack option can be specified for stowage of some watersports equipment to extend your leisure time on the water.
The full wrap around cockpit enclosure provides shelter from the elements and can be quickly and easily fitted, to seamlessly zip between the hard top and the windscreen, and around the aft cockpit. This provides added comfort when required, and also extends boating into the summer evenings or cooler months.

CONTEMPORARY INTERIOR
The elegant interior is beautifully designed with an exceptional amount of natural light and panoramic views out through large eye-line coachroof windows and large modern portlights, creating a light and airy atmosphere. Overhead hatches to the saloon and master cabin provide excellent ventilation.
The spacious saloon has with good headroom and plenty of natural daylight, and attractive lighting. The seating is set around a central table. The modern, galley to starboard is well equipped with stainless steel fridge, a combination microwave and grill, hob, stainless steel sink and counter top. To starboard is a stylish heads compartment providing excellent toilet facilities with a separate shower room. For live aboard comfort, sound systems and the latest TV screen can be included to your specification.
Accommodation includes a large master forecabin and a twin cabin aft - all perfectly designed for living aboard, in comfort. The interior is finished in high quality fittings, carefully offered leathers and joinery colour schemes.
